I started taking picutres and develop my own black and white photos at the age of 14. I was lucky as my dad had a darkroom equipement and a lot of books.
From this day on the camera is my constant companion.
After my studies of media informatics I had an interesting job as a 3D Storyteller. I got to know a wide range of clients and topics and were able to further develop my visual perception.
After some years it was time for me to start my own adventure - getting to know and capture more of South America. I started 2014 in Bolivia, supporting a group of surgeons with my photos. Maybe the most difficult job so far. After that I went traveling Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Ecuador where I stayed for some years.
My camera allowed me to immerse myself in the culture of the different places. Capturing a lost farm in the middle of nowhere in Argentina on horesback by my own, taking photos for a hostal in Colombia, exhibit my pictures in a bar and a hostal in Bolivia or supporting a foundation in Ecuador with my pictures, it was always my entuthiasm for photography that opend me these doors.
Spending almost 4 years in this beautiful country changed my way of living a lot. I see things differnt now thanks to people showing me that it is possible to live in harmony with nature.
I collected so many big stories in Bolivia that it's hard to decide what to show you first.
